Krista is the lucky owner of B Yoga Center. She started practicing yoga in 2002 while living in Denver,
CO. During a floor Bow pose, Krista had an epiphany and decided that teaching would be her calling. She graduated
from Core Power Studio's Power Vinyasa Yoga training in June 2003. Shortly after, she trained with Shiva Rae at Sacred
Movement Studio in Venice, California, with Sarah Perron and Laura Staton at Baby OM in NYC (www.babyom.com), and Prenatal Yoga at Prana Yoga and Ayurvedic
Mandala in Denver. Krista is a level 200 RYT and in the process of applying for her 500 hour RYT.
"I am constantly growing as a yoga instructor and student - at times this means staying still and letting yourself
enjoy the present moment". She lives in Melrose with her wonderful husband Dan, daughter Zoe, and three "furry"
children. She is thrilled to be able to share this wonderful practice with the community!

Maura’s passion for yoga
has only deepened since she first stepped onto her mat in 1999, opening her eyes to a path of holistic health. She found
the movements and breath natural, and began to find that embracing the present moment encouraged healing, growth, and peace.
Yoga has a healing effect, nurturing one’s innate sense of well-being. By 2003 Maura felt a strong urge to spread
the benefits of yoga and wellness to others. She graduated from Saint Michael’s College with a B.A. in Psychology.
Her 200 hour yoga teacher training is through Frog Lotus Yoga with Jacqueline Heisel (E-RYT 500). Maura is deeply grateful
and inspired by the many amazing teachers she has studied and practiced with- especially Jen Ryan, Coeli Marsh, Jacqueline
McDonald, Jodi Carey, and Gary Kraftsow. Her style of teaching is compassionate, authentic, light hearted, and intuitive.
She encourages students to draw their awareness inward and listen to the messages of the body. Maura has been instructing
weekly vinyasa flow, mixed level hatha, and gentle classes to students of all ability levels. Maura is Level 1 Reiki
attuned through Marybeth McKinnon (a Traditional Reiki Master). She feels personally rewarded by spreading a lifestyle
of health, balance and enthusiasm of life. Check out her website at www.innershantiyoga.com

Suzanne has been practicing yoga for over seven years,
and received her 200 hr certification with Prana Power Yoga Studio in November 2007. By attending various workshops
and yoga classes, she makes an effort to continually learn and discover the many layers and benefits of practicing yoga both
on and off the mat. After a few years of practice, Suzanne began
to see that yoga was giving her much more than a physical workout, it was changing the way she saw herself and the world around
her. She started to change internally, and through meditation and a daily yoga practice, she has discovered her
true self. Suzanne tries to live her yoga and bring
what she learns on the mat into her daily life. Suzanne's greatest joy in teaching yoga is helping her
students find their inner strength, and witnessing their transformation. She loves sharing with others what her yoga practice has given her.

Bobbie was a high school and college athlete, interested in mostly aggressive sports, she was at
first skeptical of yoga and it’s benefits. Quickly after her first yoga class, she realized that she needed and
loved the practice. She started to see changes in her own body, noticed her mind was calmer, she was performing better
in her other activities, and it just made her feel good. She knew that she needed and wanted nothing more than to share yoga
with others. She studied through Finding
Inner Peace Yoga School, a program that incorporated the teachings of many styles. She began to embrace not only the
physical element of yoga, but also the yogic lifestyle as a whole. As a special education teacher at an elementary school,
she first shared her practice of yoga and mediation to her students and others in the school community. Bobbie continues
to share the gift of yoga and loves every moment of it!
