Michelle Couris Michelle Couris began practicing yoga in the mid 90's to help alleviate life-long back problems. Through practice
she not only found a strong, tall spine, but also peace through meditation, power through breath work and so much more. In
teaching her students she hopes to offer them the opportunity to discover for themselves the joy of yoga. She encourages her
students to make their practice personal. Teaching them to practice with compassion, fluidity, grace, and to bring a sense
of joy and lightness to the mat. Michelle has completed over 300 hours of training with the Kripalu Yoga Center since 2002.

Bobbie Finocchio Bobbie was a high school and college athlete, interested
in mostly aggressive sports, she was at first skeptical of yoga and it’s benefits. Quickly after her first yoga
class, she realized that she needed and loved the practice. She started to see changes in her own body, noticed her
mind was calmer, she was performing better in her other activities, and it just made her feel good. She knew that she needed
and wanted nothing more than to share yoga with others. She
studied through Finding Inner Peace Yoga School, a program that incorporated the teachings of many styles. She began
to embrace not only the physical element of yoga, but also the yogic lifestyle as a whole. As a special education teacher
at an elementary school, she first shared her practice of yoga and mediation to her students and others in the school community.
Bobbie continues to share the gift of yoga and loves every moment of it!

Vito Politano Vito took his first class
at the recommendation of a PT for his sprained neck. From that first class, he didn't know what hit him but he kept going
back to find out. What initially felt more like a physical endeavor challenged his mind, heart...and life. Vito is primarily
inspired to teach and assist in order to share this healthy, powerful and transformative practice. He enjoys teaching themed
sequences and incorporating music while maintaining a strong connection to breath and safe alignment to inspire a sustainable
practice -- and never taking things too seriously.
Vito's
teaching is inspired by his trainings, continuous studies and workshops. Vito's trainings include: 200 hour Teacher Training
with Natasha Rizopoulos in the YogaWorks method -- inspired by a synthesis of Astanga, Iyengar, and Viniyoga; training with
Seane Corn; Baptiste Assistant training. Vito also assisted at the Baptiste studios. Vito voluntarily teaches gentle/chair
yoga to the Residents of the Little Sisters of the Poor (where he previously managed volunteers and grants).
