Hatha Yoga (All
Levels): Hatha yoga emphasizes health and well-being through breathing exercises, special postures called asanas,
and concentration. You will find immediate benefits of a relaxed body, calm mind and increased flexibility. New and experienced
students welcome.
Hatha Yoga II
: Deepen your yoga practice! This class is similar to our Hatha - All Levels with some additional challenging
postures added to enhance your yoga practice. This is suitable for all students.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A fun, flowing
class combines postures and sequences from various styles of yoga to give your body the breathwork and movement it needs.
With a dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement, cultivate awareness while building core strength
and flexibility. Open to all levels.
B Yoga Flow: This is a Power
Vinyasa inspired class that connects breath with movement. B Yoga Flow combines a dynamic vinyasa flow sprinkled with
more physically challenging postures. The Flow is set to inspiring and eclectic music. B Flow starts and ends with
Sanskrit chanting and a blissful savasana. Open to all levels, although it's recommended that students have a couple of
Vinyasa Flow classes under your belt. Be prepared to sweat - come with a playful spirit and open mind!
Core Strengthening
Yoga: This class is perfect for those who want to develop and/or reclaim a strong center. Practice emphasis
is on the development of strength and flexibility of the core muscles to improve balance, stability, alignment and range
of motion. Work hard and end with a wonderful savasana at the end of this class! This class is suitable for all
levels.
Pre-Natal Yoga: Pregnancy is a
transitional time for women, when many physical and emotional changes take place. Pre-natal yoga is about honoring these changes
in yourself, your body and your baby. Postures and breathing to help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, keep the body
flexible, while finding focus through the breath to connect mother and baby - helping to prepare your body for a healthy,
mindful, more natural approach to the challenges of labor and birth. All yoga levels welcome.
Over Easy Yoga:
Start your Sunday morning out right! This class will help you smoothly transition into your week. Combining both
Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to warm the body. The last 15 minutes of the class includes guided meditation and deep relaxation.
Relax & Renew:
An opportunity to restore your energy both physicaly and mentally. This practice of passive openings and longer-hold
stretches utilizing a number of props for full body support. Go ahead - you deserve it!
Slow Flow Yoga:
Feel the strength and fluidity of your body as you strengthen and lengthen your muscles while working on your flexibility. You
will be guided through this beautiful, relaxing, and highly beneficial yoga flow practice. Watch life slow down
as you move through this series of postures.
Candlelight
Flow: Enter a uniquely illuminated candlelit B Yoga Center with soothing mellow music to guide you
away from the stresses and tensions of the week. This class is open to all levels - come relax and restore. Through posture,
breath and unique relaxing techniques you’ll end your practice with the melting of mind and body, preparing you for
a state of deep relaxation - nourishing mind and soul.
