YTT 200-Hour Program
This course is designed to delve deeply into The System of Hatha Yoga.  Classically, Ashtanga Yoga means Eight-limbed Yoga (ashta meaning eight, and anga meaning limb.)  We will address each limb and will teach asanas from the Hatha Yoga system.  Tuesday evening classes are taught by Krista Basis at B Yoga Centerand other senior faculty.

NOTE:  Because there has been much confusion over the past few years regarding the term Ashtanga, we wish to be clear that we do not teach a contemporary method of asana that has come to be known as "Ashtanga" or "Power Yoga".

"The B Yoga teacher training has made a huge impression on me. Our practice was very focused during the week on growing our understanding of both physical and spiritual yoga concepts and techniques. The weekends were a blend of specialty workshops with true experts in the field where we experienced many different types of yoga practice. I'm so grateful for the thoughtfulness that was put into the training and how it has helped me to grow as a teacher and a person."
